Abstract
The presenter, Victoria Powell, RN CCM LNCC CNLCP CEASII, of VP Medical Consulting, will share the various roles nurses can fill as consultants. The presentation is designed for those interested in starting their own legal nurse consultant business. The discussion should widen the attendee’s idea of nurse consulting and how individual nurses can develop their own business in areas including legal nurse consulting, nurse life care planning, and risk management.
Biography
Victoria Powell, RN CCM LNCC CNLCP CEASII, is the owner of VP Medical Consulting, a firm providing a variety of consulting services, such as case management, life care planning, Medicare Set Aside allocations, and much more. The firm services attorneys, insurance carriers, employers, and the general public. She and her husband also own and operate an internationally recognized art studio: AirbrushGuy & Company where they offer art classes in addition to custom artwork.
